How to lose weight in  healthy way?

  1. Losing weight in a healthy way is a consistent process which includes balance between healthy diet and exercise.
  2. Chew your food slowly so that food intake is decreased and it also cause increased fullness. Chew your food 32 times before swallowing.
  3. Low carbohydrate and high protein intake must be included in the diet. High protein intake cause increase in fullness and reduces hunger.
  4. Protein rich foods include chicken(breasts),eggs,fish,quinoa.
  5. Avoid unhealthy items which includes bakery items, cool drinks, fried foods.
  6. Eating fibre rich foods may increase satiety and help you feel full  longer.
  7. Drink plenty of water,especially 30 to 40 minutes before meal.
  8. Adequate sleep for 8 hours and avoiding stress also helps to lose weight in a healthy way.
  9. Exercise for 5 days a week helps to burn calories and helps to lose weight.
