Yes, you can book a slot for the same day if any spot is available for the doctor you wish to fix an appointment for.
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will get a confirmation message and an email. It will mention the doctor you’ve fixed your appointment with, the date and the time of the appointment and the mode of appointment (phone call/video chat).
Yes, you can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment at any time.
If the appointment is cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment time, full refund will be initiated.
The time slot would depend on the availability of the doctor. If he/she is online, you can connect immediately. If he/she is offline, you will need to book the earliest slot available.
You can search for a doctor registered on E-Fettle by visiting the Doctors page. You can filter the doctors list as per your requirement and then see the list of doctors in that Speciality.
Yes, you can choose your own doctor for a query, video chat or phone consultation. This can be easily done by searching for the doctor in the search bar.
You can post follow-up queries to the same doctor under each query chain. Your profile also displays the profiles of the doctors you have previously consulted on E-Fettle.

Yes, you will be able to speak with a doctor over the phone when you book a phone consultation.
The call will be connected through a secure calling system. Neither you nor the doctor will be able to see each other’s personal phone numbers.
You will receive a confirmation email when you book a slot for phone or video consultation. You will also receive a reminder via SMS 5 minutes prior to the consultation time.
After you consult a doctor through a query, phone, or video consultation, the doctor will give a prescription with their digital signature. You can download the prescription and get medicines dispensed by any pharmacy.
