Employees and data processors of Efettle who have access to or are involved in the processing of sensitive personal data or information are required to maintain the confidentiality of each End-Personal User's Information or Sensitive Personal Data and Information. Efettle has implemented methods and systems to ensure the security of all personal data from the moment of collection to the point of destruction, in compliance with industry best practices and applicable legislation. Any third-party data processor to whom Efettle sends Personal Data must agree to follow those procedures and policies or take appropriate steps on their own.

As part of a restructuring or sale of the assets of an Efettle corporate division or company, Efettle may also reveal or transfer End-Users' personal and other information provided by a User to a third party. PRACTITIONERS NOTE

To create an account as a Practitioner, you may be required to provide us with information such as your [name, mobile number, email address], as well as medical information such as your MCI/state registration certificate, your digital signature, medical college, bank account details, and other information as requested on the Practitioner registration page. If such interactions have been facilitated by Efettle, Efettle may send email and/or SMS confirmations or other notifications to End-Users in connection with their bookings, appointments, or other interactions with you.

For each 'Doctor' added to the website, Efettle allows the listing of Practitioners' information on its website.
